I spent all day in New York City yesterday. Caught the 6am shuttle and took the 1am return (11pm return was delayed 2hrs. Oy!). It was hot, humid and one of those intense summer days in Manhatten.
But it was pretty great as well. Got some work done and caught up with friends for photowalk and a beer.

Last week I had a few meetings in the East Village. In between I took a walk and found myself near the Williamsburg Bridge. Seems like there is something special around every corner in that wonderful city.

We just returned from an extended weekend on Cape Cod. That moment when you cross the bridge to the Cape, it feels like you are a million miles away. I love it there.

Super Amit — Stern Grove, San Francisco
Another weekend, another road trip to see far away friends. We just got back from Fire Island. It was my first time there. The island is quite small and super chill. The weather was about as good as it gets.
And seeing our dear friends, even over a short time, was absolutely wonderful.
(I shot a bunch of film too but sadly I left it in a super hot car for a few hours. I’m not sure what shape they will be in but I’m sending it to the pros and hoping for the best).

I have been in San Francisco the last few days and heading back east today.
After all these years it still feels funny to get off the plane at SFO and take a cab to the hotel instead of our little apartment.
We went to Nantucket for Father’s Day weekend. The island isn’t terribly far from Boston but when you get off the ferry you feel like you are in another world.
