NYC, continued

It was grey, cold and a bit raw in New York City yesterday. But rain or shine I love that city and while I visit nearly every week, it feels different every time.
I also was happy to finally meet Cubby Graham. Cubby is one of the most positive people I have ever met. He’s an amazing photographer and does wonderful work at charity: water. Over a cortado, we exchanged stories about our lives, our loved ones and how we got here.
I’m thankful for meeting Cubby and look forward to seeing him again soon.

Just like her mom in so many ways. Strong, independent, thoughtful, smart.

Boston Public Library

I went to the Boston Public Library today to give my new wide angle lens a go. So peaceful and such wonderful architecture.
Tucson, Arizona
I made it out for a quick photo walk before dinner tonight. The colors and feel of this place is so different and distinct. So peaceful.

I arrived in Tucson late last night. The desert is beautiful but I haven’t had a chance to get out and take photographs. Hopefully I will be able to make some time tomorrow.
But the hotel here has a few high powered telescopes so I put my camera up to one of them tonight, opened the aperture and held it steady at 1/30sec and took this photograph of the moon. One of those days I wish I had packed my tripod. The stars are just incredible.
