I think she is one of the most underestimated artists of our time. This is an older song but her stuff in recent years is amazing too.

Twitter friends rock

I tried to be bold and daring today.

I got a hold of Apple’s soon to be released v2.0 firmware from a secret source.

I downloaded Pwnage to install it and went thru all of the instructions I had. When I saw this image I thought I was in good shape.

But I instead I ended up with a bricked iphone. I couldn’t restore it in iTunes and I couldn’t restore it with Pwnage.

I thought all hope was lost :)

But then my friends on Twitter replied and helped me figure it out. I still can’t get v2.0 working but at least I’m back to having a functional 1.1.4 iphone.

Thanks so much and special shoutout to Todd for this tip which did the trick.

My Doorbell – Jack Johnson

There are only a few songs by the White Stripes that I like and “My Doorbell” is my favorite. The drum beat in the original is killer. I like this cover version a lot too.
