Have you tried Formspring? What are your thoughts on it vs. Tumblr questions?

I haven’t tried Formspring but I like having questions show up in my Tumblr Dashboard so I’m going to stay with Tumblr Ask :)

and with disqus, I have comments enabled with each question & answer too!
