Goodbye Wallstrip
I was sad to hear the news that CBS is going to end the web show Wallstrip.
It was a funny and wonderful show about stocks. I made some great friends because of that show including Howard, Lindsay, Jeff, Adam and the rest of the gang at Wallstrip. They are unbelievably sweet, creative and beyond talented.
They were also nice enough to have me on Wallstrip three times.
And I know they are going to go on to amazing things.
Here’s a video from my first time on Wallstrip. Lindsay called it the “Blackberry Dorkathon”. It was a fun day.
I just love this one!
“Markets are becoming aware of the fact that the decline in house prices is not stopping. I have no particular regrets. The housing bubble is not a reflection of what we did, as it is a global phenomenon.”
Alan Greenspan, November 23, 2007
We have a number, $700 billion, that is just barfed up. It is jammed down our throats by the yutz’s who pulled the number out of their asses thinking that America can be pushed around if there is panic (why not, it’s worked since 9/11).
