I just discovered Olive and Oak. It’s a blog by Elize Strydom who is a journalist and photographer and lives in Australia.
I’m pretty sure I found this blog on one of Rebecca Patience’s tweets.
It’s an inspiring blog.
The photographs are beautiful and primarily taken with Kodak Portra film. But the photographs are only half the story.
Her written words about everyday life are refreshingly real and wonderfully authentic. It’s her journal and she’s sharing it with all of us.
I’ve never met Elize but if I ever meet her I will say thanks for your blog. I hope mine becomes a better place as result.
