Fred Seibert is the cofounder of Next New Networks (one of our portfolio companies) and he’s also on the board with me at Tumblr.
Fred is a great guy and the team at N3 made this video honoring Fred for Halloween. For those of you that don’t know Fred he wears the same white shirt and khakis every single day.

We love Fred. He wears the same thing every day, and has a couple catch phrases. At every place he’s worked at, his employees have dressed up like him as a joke — this was our year, and here’s our little video celebration of the man himself.
Funny stuff. I’m now thinking we should have done this for one of my partners at Spark this year. There is always next year…
