Back to Entourage
I had a short term fling with Fusion
It worked just fine but I just couldn’t handle running Windows on my Mac. Felt like a waste of resources. Plus the reason I use a Mac is so I don’t have to deal with Windows.
I started using Fusion because as Albert points out my headache with Microsoft Entourage has been extensive.
I hope i’m not jinxing myself but I think I figured out the problem with Entourage. It simply cannot deal with a large database.
So with the help of our IT pro at office. I’ve removed all of the email prior to January 2008. It’s now archived away. My database is about 3 gigs.
And now Entourage runs like a champ.
(knock on wood).
I’m also having all of my emails forwarded to gmail so I can easily search the archives. That seems like the best combo.
