It’s easy to pick on the local cable company and Comcast gets their share
But this is impressive. First they respond to my twittter moan & groan and then on their own I get this follow up email. I assume they found my blog from my twitter profile page and then found my email address.
Niclely done Comcast. Because of this proactive support I’m keeping my pay TV service with Comcast in my new house but I’m switching to Verizon because of FIOS.
