Obama vs Clinton
That is the question I’ve been mulling over for some time now.
My friends are probably sick of me bringing it up over lunch & dinner parties.
I wanted to see Hilary Clinton win. We need a woman running this country at some point. In fact it’s way over due.
But her campaign is getting ugly and nasty.
My friend Brett Bullington sent me a link tonight to this ABC fact checking post re Bill & Hilary accusations about Obama’s past statements. It turns out their accusations are untrue and in poor taste.
That’s pretty bad. And this type of behavior is one reason I’ve been leaning towards Obama lately.
The sad reality is that I’m going to firmly support anyone that wins the nomination for the Democratic party. I’ve been hearing that same view from all of my democrat friends.
But the trouble is that it doesn’t feel like my party at times.
It feels like Republican-lite.
I hope I’m wrong.
