Remembering CBGB
Yesterday afternoon I picked up CBGB and OMFUG: Thirty Years from the Home of Underground Rock
They sell it at the old CBGBs now the John Varvatos Bowery.
The photos are great. Lots of early shots of the Ramones, The Police, the Cramps, The Jam and plenty more.
My favorite might be the Youth of Today photo. I’m pretty sure I was at that very show.
